Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK public holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options through our integrated carriers.
United Kingdom Shipping:

Please note: These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours of receipt.
UK Domestic Shipping
We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including:

England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland

BFPO addresses
Shipping Carrier: We primarily use Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD for our UK shipments.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. If international shipping is available, rates, taxes, and duties will be calculated at checkout.
Important for International Orders:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: EUGENIEGER is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, import duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Declarations: All international orders will include a customs declaration stating the accurate value of the contents.

Delays: International shipments may be subject to delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at amalkayaerts72@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Damages and Lost Items
EUGENIEGER is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will do our best to assist you.

Damages: If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Save the packaging and all packing materials, and take photos of the damaged product. Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and then contact us at amalkayaerts72@gmail.com so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Lost/Missing Items: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please first check with your local delivery office and neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
