Your Consumer Rights (UK Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Deadline for Cancellation: You must send your communication of cancellation before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (i.e., handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning).

Reimbursement Timeline: We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied

  • If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day we are informed about your decision to cancel

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Return Deadline: You must send back the goods within 14 days of communicating your cancellation to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at amalkayaerts72@gmail.com.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your goods are faulty, damaged, or do not match the description, you have additional legal rights. Please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or replacement, and we will cover the reasonable costs of return.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you choose to dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (a "chargeback") rather than following our return process, you agree to the following:

  • We may provide evidence of the transaction, including proof of delivery, to Stripe to contest the dispute.

  • If a chargeback is filed for a valid order that was shipped and delivered, you may be liable for the full amount of the dispute.
